We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front Desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Front Desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor occupancy levels and make recommendations for rate adjustments
- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with group bookings and event planning as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel Front Desk management or related field
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Proficient in using phone systems, reservation software, and other Front Desk tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Multilingual skills are a plus
