Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and phone systems.
- Ensure excellent guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or issues.
- Coordinate and supervise the night audit process to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Train and develop Front Desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of Front Desk supplies and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, including making change and processing credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel management or Front Desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff members.
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
