The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for:
Supervises all front office personnel and the hotel’s Front Office activities in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Front Desk Supervisor Job Duties Include:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
-Taking care of any and all guest issues in a prompt and positive manner.
-Creatively resolving issues to best fit the needs of the guest!
-Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
-Making sure guests are WOWED with GREAT Service.
-Creating and changing guest reservations.
-Ensuring all special guest requests are fulfilled.
-Completing a Daily Checklist of Front Desk Tasks.
- Any and all other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and General Manager.
- Training new team members
