Front Desk Supervisor
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Ensure smooth operation of the Front Desk, including managing reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's phone system and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Front Desk software systems and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
