Front Desk Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated person to ful-fill our Front Desk Specialist position. This applicant must have great organizational skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve and have great customer service skills. The position required great time management in a busy setting and the ability to reach goals daily. Strong communication skills are required. Must Love Dogs

Job Duties:

· Possess a positive attitude while working, able to work independently as well as being a team player.

· Correspond with customers over the phone, email, and in person.

· Prepare quotes, discuss jobs with clients, and transact billing.

· Oversee daily production and motivate employees to stay on track with each day’s objectives.

· Promptly print, bind, package and deliver some jobs.

· Operate some machinery, track inventory and perform quality insurance on outgoing jobs.

· Perform clinical tasks such as mailing, coping, scanning and filing.

· Maintain daily record of jobs and arrange weekly closeouts.

Requirements:

No print shop experience is required, on-the-job training will be available.

Must be over 18 and able to lift to 50lbs if necessary.

Have a valid drivers license, vehicle and current vehicle insurance.

Applicants must possess a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
