Front Desk Sales Staff

Extreme Gym is now hiring full & part time Front Desk Sales Staff.

Job Duties

• New Student Membership & Class Pass Sales including customer service & follow up phone calls to potential students.
• Answering multi-line telephone
• Greeting customers
• Managing student accounts in Wellness Living
• Managing collection accounts including calls to collect on past due balances.
• Pro Shop maintenance & sales
• Help organizing in gym events
• Cleaning tasks in & around the office.

Job Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with sales
• Self Starter
• Ability to work alone & with others
• Good speaking voice
• Outgoing & enthusiastic
• Strong organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including internet, Microsoft Office & Google Suite.

Compensation

• $13-$16 per hour
• Sales commission monthly
• Monthly bonus' possible
• Occasional contest bonus' or added commissions

Work Schedule

• Set weekly schedule available
• Weeknight Evenings (approx. 3-9pm)
• Saturdays and/or Sundays (no later than 6pm)
• Day shift & early afternoon possible but not required
