Typical Total Compensation: $14/hour + Commissions, and Bonuses. Note: Uncapped hourly potential based on added commission and bonuses!
How much you make is entirely up to you as a sales associate and your own performance/motivation.
We are currently looking for all-star sales associate with the following abilities:
- Are you available to work part time or full-time, approximately 20-35 hours per week?
- Are you available to work on at least 1 weekend day per week?
- Do you have a positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor?
- Are you able to receive and implement feedback?
- Can you work independently with limited supervision?
- Are you goal-oriented and motivated as a sales associate?
- Do you have reliable transportation?
- Can work in a fun and fast-paced environment and consistently remaining professional and personable at all times?
- Do you have a strong desire to work with others and engage new associates and guests with energy and enthusiasm?
