SalaryWe are looking for a positive, driven, self-motivated and responsible Front Desk Sales Associate to join our gym family at our Winter Garden location.

Schedule:
Part-Time position. Shifts available Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-12pm and rotating Sat or Tues/Thurs/Fri 5pm-8pm and rotating Sat. May increase hours based off performance.
Requirements:
- Greet Customers, conduct daily check-in process.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
- Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Answer all phone calls, text messages, emails and DM’s from members and customers.
- Process sales transactions and conduct monthly supply inventory counts
- Assist customers with membership enrollment through our software.
- Ensure all documents/flyers are up to date and relayed to members through the bulletin board and via emails.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with studio management.
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the gym
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
- Maintain brand standards and initiatives
- Run gym errands as needed (minimal)
- Proficient with social media platforms to conduct daily posts/stories.
- All other tasks as needed
Physical Requirements:
Must be able and willing to clean and organize gym during down-time.
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
