Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

Baas Physical Therapy is looking for a dynamic, talented Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to start ASAP at our fun, fast-paced physical therapy office. In this role, you will be a valued member of our Front Desk team and we are looking forward to working with you!

Anticipated hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay range: $18-$22/hr, DOE

Front Desk Duties include:

*Scheduling patients for appointments

*Processing incoming referrals

*Communicating with Insurance companies

*Answering and transferring calls for a multi-line system

*General data entry/organizing through an EMR system

*Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel

*Ability to adapt to other computer software programs.

Qualities Desired:

*Experience as a Receptionist and/or at a physical therapy office

*Reliable and trustworthy

*Proficient at multi-tasking
