Fleet Support Technician-(21042)
DESCRIPTION


Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Fleet Support Technician to work in our Fleet Support department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our Central Facilities with every Friday off.

You will support the management of the CFA Equipment Pool including reservations, pickup and delivery of the equipment, and closing out monthly motor pool tickets for billing. You will perform all work onsite and report directly to the Manager of Fleet Support Services.

Responsibilities Include:

    Assist in the receipt and inspection of new equipment.
    Prepare the necessary paperwork for all Fleet excess, including motor equipment, and arrange delivery of all the items to the Excess Warehouse.
    Backup the AssetWorks system administrator with Light Duty Motor Pools by verifying odometer readings in the AssetWorks to ensure correct reporting and billing and coordinating reservations and renters needs.
    Manage all P-Card orders and Ariba orders for Fleet Management specialized tools and equipment.
    Oversee the computer inventory for all of Mission Support Services, ensuring that all computers meet BEA minimum requirements and the software necessary for Fleet's repair specialists to perform their equipment diagnostics.
    Manage the equipment fuel key process. Order new and replacement uniforms for Fleet's repair specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience working with a government fleet system, or similar fleet reporting experience.
    Valid driver's license for the State of Idaho.

Job Information:

    Salary Grade: 150 - ($45,156 - $72,228)
