We are currently seeking a professional and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be bilingual (English and Spanish), have experience working in a front office environment and have a client-centered mentality. A successful candidate will have the ability to respond client inquiries effectively and with compassion, have an excellent eye for detail and have an interest in helping the immigrant community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, mail, emails, and walk-ins.
- Create and schedule client appointments with the attorney and paralegals
- Answer and direct questions from clients.
- Filing, scanning, copying and perform other administrative duties
- Salary commesurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
