```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information in the system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as email correspondence
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
