Salary-A premier Medical Spa in The Woodlands is looking for a reliable, experienced Full Time (30-40 hours per week) Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist. *Pay commensurate with experience*
THE MUST-HAVES:
· Previous knowledge and experience within a med-spa setting & booking software required (Meevo software preferred).
· Ability to work an alternating shift schedule for ALL the following days/times listed below:
Mondays - 8:30AM-5:00PM
Tuesday - 9:30AM-7:00PM
Wednesday 8:30AM-6:30PM & Thursday - 8:30AM-6:30PM
Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
Saturday 8:30AM-4:30PM
THE POSITION:
Responsibilities for this position are, but not limited to the following:
· Ensuring client satisfaction through accuracy in setting appointments, a consistently friendly, helpful attitude and proper phone etiquette.
· Filing client information in a timely manner.
· Keeping the staff up-to-date on any schedule changes & client requests.
· Providing proper medical consent forms to clients prior to services.
· Possessing a keen work ethic and demonstrating strong attention to detail.
· Multi-tasking & prioritizing while maintaining a professional attitude & appearance.
· Handling client transactions accurately including balancing drawers at close and processing for quarterly sales.
· Displaying superior communication & computer skills.
