We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls courteously and efficiently
- Accurate data entry skills
