Part-Time: 10-12 hours per week

You will be involved with tasks such as:

· Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival with a friendly smile.

· Answering phone calls and responding to emails.

· Scheduling appointments.

· Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information.

· Verifying payment methods, including patients’ health insurance coverage, and processing payments.

· Must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality.

· Directing patients on where to go next for treatment.

· Setting up patients on Interferential Therapy (E-stim), Cold Laser Therapy (non-invasive), Normatec Boots, and Traction Table (training provided).

· Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.

· Someone who is friendly and professional at all times, organized, and comfortable managing their time without supervision.

· You should also be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work.

· This position can be very busy at times and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work morning and afternoon shifts.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Training for position will be provided.
