Immediate opening for full time front desk receptionist/patient assistant in a very busy doctor’s office. Great people skills, organization, and ability to work in fast paced fun environment. Previous experience would be great but not essential for the right applicant. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and love of people all required to be successful in this position. Duties:
- Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Collect patient medical history and update records
- Perform basic patient assessments, such as taking vital signs and recording symptoms
- Provide education to patients on chiropractic treatments and exercises
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist with therapeutic modalities, such as applying heat or ice packs
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from patients, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed

Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments

Note: Certification or training as a Chiropractic Assistant is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
