Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
- File and maintain records and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Skills:
- Medical receptionist experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
