Busy Cardiology Medical Office located in Reseda, CA looking for a dynamic full-time medical front office assistant who can multi-task and is bilingual in English and Armenian. Candidates with a medical assistant background or experience are preferred. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Medical front office assistants will provide invaluable aid to the Medical doctor and staff in the overall patient experience and be responsible for traditional front office functions i.e. answering phones, greeting patients, data entry, scheduling, etc.

These persons will also be coordinating patient care details, helping patients with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, patient registration/check-out, maintaining the cleanliness of the front office as well as other office-related functions.

Solid and professional work experience, excellent customer service, multi-tasking and a motivated team player are qualities required for this role.

The right candidates must be highly organized, handle pressure well, and understand the importance of patient care and customer service. They must also know how to relate to people in a variety of situations, be highly trustworthy, discreet, and use good judgment.

Qualifications:

• Must speak Armenian
• Previous experience in a medical office
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
• Team player, mature, and professional
• High School Diploma. College graduate is a plus. LVN/MA preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Work precision and accuracy
