- Greet patients and guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
- Answer phones and take messages
- Schedule appointments and provide information about services offered
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, prepare charts, and answer questions about services
- Stock and organize office space
- Maintain an orderly check-in/out area
- Stock supply room
- Maintain confidentiality of all information provided to patients
- Keep Front desk neat, orderly, and clean at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
