Front Desk Receptionist

About our company:

We are looking for a capable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to work at our reception area. In this role, your duties will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors. You may also be required to order office supplies.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills.

• Availability to work a variable work schedule.

Salary:

$18.50 - $28.00 per hour
