Front Desk Receptionist

Job Opening, Full-Time 32+ hours per week:

We’re Hiring a Spa Concierge to Work the Front Desk at THE HIDDEN SPA, a combo Medi-Day Spa in Downtown Statesville.

Here at THE HIDDEN SPA a Medi-Day Spa. we are looking for a spa concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

THE HIDDEN SPA offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our patients can look and feel their best.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years experience in spa, medical, banking, or sales.

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking clients in and out of their services
• Answering phones to book appointments and handle patient requests
• Preparing patient charts
• Customer support via phone, email, text, and in person

BENEFITS:

Complementary treatments on a monthly basis

Compensation starts at $18/hour during the training period of 90 days.

Includes Holiday pay, and accrual of PTO after 90 day probationary period.

THE HIDDEN SPA observes the following paid holidays each year for full-time Employees:

• New Year’s Day
• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Birthday Holiday

Holidays that fall on a Sunday or Monday are exempt from Holiday pay as those are regular off days.

This is a Full Time position with work days Tuesday- Saturday. Days off will be Sunday & Monday.
