Job Description
Our main goal at Training Mate is to be the BEST part of our clients day!
- Frontline for welcoming clients - ensures all new and existing members are checked in for class.
- Maintains contact with all members to ensure client happiness.
- Ensure studio is fully stocked, cleaned and presentable at all times.
- Answer all customer questions and concerns
- Reset and clean equipment before and during classes
- Respond to emails, clean, fold towels, restock, etc.
- Act as sales associate for selling memberships and class packs
- Attend studio held events
*Must have at least 1 year proven exceptional customer service skills. Experience in the fitness setting an advantage.
