Hours seeking to hire currently

Mon and Wed 12:30 to 6:30/7 PM and Thurs 3:40 to 6:30/7 PM

We are searching for an outgoing individual for a part - time Front Desk Receptionist position for a Chiropractic office.

This person needs to be able to provide excellent customer service, and be very good at multi-tasking. The ability to train on and convert patients (sales) is a strong qualification for this job.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Assist Doctor with patient flow, appointments, and insurance verification and payments

- Welcoming and greeting patients

- Opening and closing the office

- Maintaining the schedule for multiple doctors.

- Confirming appointments

- Keeping patient flow running smoothly

-Strong written/communication Skills

-Multi-tasker

- This person must be able to work Mon and Wed from 12:30 to 6:30/7 PM and Thurs 3:30 to 6:30/7 PM. Total 15 hours per week with possibility of more.
