Front Desk Receptionist

### Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist and provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area/lobby

### Experience:

- Previous experience as a receptionist preferably medical receptionist, or Front Desk Receptionist is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
