Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Naturopathic and Acupuncture medical clinic in downtown Woodinville has an immediate opening for Medical Receptionist. This is full time and long term position. This is a busy clinic with multiple practitioners and fantastic patients. Fun and happy environment, coupled with a great staff. This is an electronic medical records environment so being tech savvy is a plus. Only those happy to assist co-workers and have a positive personality need apply. We are a small clinic environment and appreciate our quality staff. Finding the right person that works well with our current staff will be important.

Ideal candidate has the following:

- Detail-orientated and organized

- Ability to multi-task and support the staff providers and patients

- Provide all patients with the highest level of service. We seek to ensure that all patients experience the upmost service during their appointment.

- A high level of professionalism.

- A friendly attitude with good communication skills and mindset to work corroboratively as a team.
