Front Desk Manager

Our busy Menomonee Falls dental practice is seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Dental Studio North. Dr. Ron has a fun office environment with a great culture.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with patients to schedule appointments, answer inquires, and provide information about dental services.

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks at the Front Desk.

• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.

• Work closely with dental professionals, hygienists, and support staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.

• Must have insurance knowledge and experience with Dentrix software.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a dental office.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in using Dentrix software.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, skill level, and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Dental office: 2 years (Required)
• Dentrix: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Menomonee Falls, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
