JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Data Operations & IT Help Desk Manager is to oversee and perform the daily operations of the Data Center and provide technical support by assisting with the maintenance, troubleshooting, password resets of various software programs and other functions of the Help Desk.

Essential Functions
1. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or

2. Submit daily transmissions of all needed data to core processor and related entities.
3. Perform end-of-day balancing for Bank’s core system.
4. Review, document, and provide feedback regarding reports that support the Bank’s security systems, General Ledger, ACH and other software programs and systems.
5. Serve as the bank’s Information Security Officer (ISO) to administer/oversee all IT and Cyber Security related activities.
6. Assist in the regular operations of all bank related IT hardware and software to ensure efficient and effective technology program.
7. Serve as administrator for assigned applications and programs including employee access controls.
8. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing the system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
9. Perform regular security monitoring and vulnerability scanning to identify possible intrusions.
10. Perform software patches and pack updates.
11. Overseeing the IT Business Continuity Plan regarding minimal business downtime, especially during outages/disasters.
12. Operates and monitors computer systems and related equipment including; mainframes, servers, networks and other peripheral devices.
13. Ensure all processes are followed related to the creation of incident tickets, documentation of issues, problem/issue resolutions and follow-up related to root cause analysis.
14. Maintain a sound relationship between the IT department and our vendors. Evaluate items and services the company is using while researching and evaluating additional options.
15. Maintain Bank’s website.
16. Research and recommend information security/information assurance policies and practices.
17. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication.
18. Represent and promote the Company within the community through participation in bank sponsored events, philanthropic opportunities and civic events.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department and will be responsible for providing input to supervisors in the performance reviews of other bank employees from a technical perspective.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional in person office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and some “on call” activities may be required in some situations. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day if needed between bank locations, although someout-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Recommended Education and Experience
1. Basic banking operations experience
2. Basic IT background
3. Current Knowledge of IT Operating Systems including, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, MFA(Multi-factor Authentication)
4. 1-3 Years of IT Help Desk experience
5. Valid Driver’s License
