Front Desk Receptionist/ Membership Manager

We're looking for someone who has a passion for supporting youth and their community! The Front Desk Receptionist/Membership Manager is the first face our Club kids see and is vital to ensuring our members have a great start to their day at the Club and get home safely to their families. We're looking for someone who loves to work with others, talk with others, and help others! Our Front Desk Receptionist/Membership Manager is seen as one of our lead staff who can help support our Unit Director to ensure the overall safety and smooth running of daily operations. Energy and enthusiasm are essential!

Hours: 1:30pm-6:30pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Location(s): West Bend

Pay Rate: $15.00-$17.00 (negotiable)

· Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems

Primary Responsibility:

Assist the Unit Director with any and all administrative tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

· Data entry

· Answering phones

· Handling Money

· Customer Service

· Interact with Parents

· Interact with Youth

· Assists Unit Director with any/all daily tasks
