We are looking for a Front Desk Manager.
Qualifications
- 100% Bilingual (Required)
- At least one to two years of Experience in the billing for the trucking industry.
- Be familiar with the billing paperwork, confirmation, and bill of lading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication ability and skills
- Organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and ensuring smooth daily operations at the Front Desk.
- Greet truck drivers and receive trip envelope, check and make sure drivers are turning in all of their documents. Update Prophesy system (TMS) and communicate with the rest of the team.
- Schedule and prepare all inbound/outbound paperwork. Including pending deliveries.
- Answer incoming phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, reports, and document preparation
- Data entry for Local Operations into Prophesy (TMS)
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
- Other Responsibilities as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
