We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in event planning is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
