Compensation:$17 - $18 an hour
Responsibilities:- Supervise current Front Desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies
- Interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints
- Oversee all operations at the Front Desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest
- Flexibility is a must, as you will be responsible for covering shifts in the case that someone calls in
- Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
- 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
- Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk supervisor or similar position
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)
- Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
