Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized Front Desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office preferred
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks and patient service procedures
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills:
- Experience with Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations in a dental office setting
- Familiarity with medical records management and confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized Front Desk area

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
