- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our scheduling system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with completing necessary forms
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical records as needed
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental procedures, services, and payment options
- Manage patient flow by coordinating with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Proficiency in using dental practice management software
- Knowledge of terminology, dental procedures, and dental insurance processes
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
