SalaryWe are looking to hire a personable, motivated and charismatic Dental Receptionist to join our Endodontic Specialty Practice!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcome patients to the practice
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed
- Preparing schedules for the dentists
- Verifying insurance coverage and calculating co-pays
- Collecting payments as needed
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, making sure the Front Desk office area is presentable, etc.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Critical thinking skills
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word) proficient preferred; Previous SoftDent Software preferred
- Previous dental background
