Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Seeking a full time Front Desk receptionist for a busy orthodontic dental office. This individual must be smart, energetic, well spoken, reliable, organized, able to multitask, and have great people and phone skills. Duties include:

- Verify insurance, check on claims, post checks to correct claims, collect co-pays.
- Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly.
- Respond to patient queries and issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Oversee payment collections from patients and contact insurance office for payment settlements
- Maintain the treatment facility clean, safe and organized.

Must have Dental Front Desk experience & be good with computers. Spanish speaking preferred. Please include a resume when responding. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
