We are looking for a friendly, customer service oriented, Front Desk employee to manage patient care in our office. Applicants need to have a high level of computer knowledge and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Greet patients in person and by phone to schedule, check-in for appointments, and triage questions to the doctors and staff.
- Efficiently enter in patient information to our electronic EMR.
- Verify patient's insurance and request insurance referrals when needed.
- Manage patient's appointments in office and to outside providers. Includes reminder calls, scheduling referral appointments, and managing communication between doctors.
- Collect co-payments and material transactions.

- Medical experience is a plus!
