Dental Front Desk Coordinator - Part-Time (28 Hours/Week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic boutique dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Front Desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks. Proficiency in Dentrix software is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar using Dentrix software.
3. Verify insurance information and process patient billing.
4. Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and coordinate communication between patients and dental staff.
5. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information in the system.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
7. Collaborate with dental team members to facilitate efficient patient care.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator.
2. Proficiency in Dentrix software is a must.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Availability to work 28 hours per week.
