Front Desk Coordinator At Doggie Daycare

We are searching for a fun, open minded individual who enjoys working with others, building and maintaining relationships, working closely and accurately within established guidelines. The perfect candidate would be an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. This individual must be friendly and genuinely interested in the overall success of the business, its management, the team, our pups and their families. A persuasive teaching style of communication is desired. A faster-than- average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the position, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

Duties of the Front Desk Coordinator Role include but are not limited to:

• Making connections with Pet Parents and their pups.
• Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.
• Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person
• Check pups in/out of daycare
• Share information about our daycare packages and memberships with Pet Parents
• Must love dogs
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
