Our Dogtopia location is owned and operated by a local dog-loving family. As our first (and only) store nears its opening date in mid-January, we are looking to hire a dedicated team of Front Desk Coordinators, who will become the public face of our team!
Are you our next Front Desk Coordinator? We are searching for personable, organized, business-minded individuals who will be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator. They MUST have previous sales and customer service experience.
** As of now, we are looking for a person with the availability to fill our PM weekend shifts (12:30PM to 7:30PM) and Saturday (8AM to 5PM). **

Day to day Duties
- Data entry
- Creating Pet Parent Charts
- Greeting EVERYONE that walks in or out of Dogtopia!
- Understanding Dogtopia’s retail items
- Understanding our Dogtopia-isms
Clean and Safe Environment
- To ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment we take pride in working as a team to get all the nitty gritty complete
- Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards.
- Inventory management of cleaning, dog and First Aid supplies.
- Dismisses dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitors action plans to retain those with minor issues.
Customer Service and Presentation
- Maintains a neat and organized Front Desk team and area at all times.
- Sets the example for the team on the 3 Ss (smile, story and satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
- Answer phones, e-mails and questions from pet parents
- Strive for high customer review ratings!
