Patient Services Coordinator - Front Desk
Provides clerical support to the medical team and to other patient service personnel as indicated.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Answer telephones, take referrals, and transfer calls to appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and contact patients about upcoming appointments
- Maintain medical records
- Activate and inactivate call-forwarding system for the answering system
- Receive and relay messages to appropriate office personnel
- Greet patients
- General clerical work

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Some previous work-related experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Experience with eClinical Works (eCW) EMR (Preferred but not required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess the ability to make decisions and problem solve
