- Manage all front office functions for the dental practice.
- Prioritize patients, parents, and/or guardians to provide an exceptional experience.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new programs as required.
