Condominium Associates began managing condominium and homeowner associations in the Tampa Bay area in 1982 and presently have offices in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. We are a full-service association management company providing services in the areas of facilities management, financial management and administration.
In the role of a Front Desk Concierge, you play a pivotal role as the curator of unforgettable experiences for our residents and guests at Towers. Beyond being a concierge, you are the architect of seamless moments, seamlessly blending the excitement of welcoming residents with the finesse of upholding regulations. Your responsibility is to maintain an environment that exudes warmth and security, creating a hospitable atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
· Take on some dynamic responsibilities while you greet residents, provide verbal instructions, and enforce rules.
· You will engage in customer interactions by handling inquiries, minor complaints, and suggestions calmly and professionally
· In this fast-paced environment you will respond quickly to unusual situations with a calm yet professional demeanor
· Contribute to a team-oriented environment supporting safety and guest satisfaction.
· Engage in physical tasks, including equipment movement and regular patrols.
· Perform various tasks simultaneously, including checklists and daily operational procedures.
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Ability to communicate effectively, make quick decisions, and follow safety practices.
· Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and overnight shifts.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma.
