Kalos Medical Spa at Kirby Plastic Surgery located at the Shops at Clearfork is looking for the newest member of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an aesthetic health care office. In this position, you will be the “face” of the practice and instrumental in creating a lasting first impression. An aptitude for service, consultative sales, pleasant demeanor and respect for privacy are key characteristics for this position. All replies will be held confidentially.

The successful candidate will be able to quickly establish rapport with others and perform the following:

Sales & Reception

Create a first-class experience for the patient including:

· Cheerfully greet patients upon arrival

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Provide general information about the practice and services

· Consult and sell retail items

· Ensure patient’s needs are attended to in a timely manner

· Ensure paperwork is properly/fully completed and enter demographics into the medical software

· Answer and route calls

· Assist with and participate in marketing

· Witness consent for all non-surgical procedures and assign surgical consents prior to pre-op

· Call on outside Surgeon patients for payment

Intake & Checkout

· Manage patient intake including scanning and uploading documents into the patient’s chart

· Handle patient checkout including transacting payments and posting in the EHR system

· Soliciting patient feedback

Daily Preparation & Closing

· Prepare & manage front reception area for incoming patients

· Close office by locking doors, arming system, putting away coffee, water, etc.

· Manage Sonos audio system

Insurance

· Eligibility and benefits verification

· Collecting appropriate copay amounts

Qualifications

· 2 Years reception or concierge or front office experience (medical setting a plus)

· 2 Years in retail sales and marketing experience

· Superb oral and written communication

· Computer proficiency including Gmail, MS Office products Word and Excel

· Ability to use VoIP phone system

· Highly organized, ability to multi-task and team-oriented

· Ability to develop and maintain rapport with patients

· Familiarity with Windows PC operating system

· College degree preferred

· Semi-flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
