NFC Amenity Management is rapidly growing its concierge team in the CollegePark, MD area. We are currently accepting applicants for Afternoons, Evenings, Overnight, and an On-Call ConciergeAttendant Position in our Residential buildings, overseeing the Front Lobby, Concierge Desk, and Amenity Areas.
Shifts Available:
MONDAY- FRIDAY 11AM-4PM
FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY 3PM- 11PM
FRIDAY & SATURDAY 11PM-7AM
SATURDAY & SUNDAY 7AM-3PM
SATURDAY & SUNDAY 3P-11PM
ON CALL
Job Type: Part-time with Full-Time opportunity
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour.

Minimum Job Requirements:Must have an outgoing personality Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests Must be able to follow a work schedule by being on time and dressed in the proper uniform Must possess the ability to multi-task Must be able to proactively learn about all events, happenings, restaurants, etc in the local neighborhood Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities Required:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet
- Professional phone skills
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Effective communication skills and engage positively with client.
