Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk/Runner to join our team. As an Office Clerk/Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, calendar management, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, printing checks, and opening mail
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Run office errands, including depositing checks, going to post office, and picking up records from courthouses
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office as assistant or receptionist preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

-Proficiency with Quickbooks highly desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
