Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87110

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
• Handle customer and employee inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
• Assist in guard scheduling

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
