SalaryThe Holiday Inn Atlantic City West is searching for a star performer! We seek a Guest Service Representative who is able to provide exceptional customer service. This individual will assist guests in a timely and courteous manner while providing an outstanding guest experience. Highly communicative individuals would thrive in this position.
Job functions will include:
- Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations
- Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests
- Provide information on the local area and points of interest
- Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
- Answer the Front Desk phone
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Cash handling
- Prepare Reports
- Balance Credit card Receipts
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience
- Must be capable of accurately handling money.
- Reading, math, and communication in English required
- Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed is required.
- Adhere to brand and company standards.
