- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring proper allocation of rooms based on guest preferences
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of guest issues
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for hotel operations
- Knowledge of hotel procedures, policies, and standards
- Multilingual skills are a plus
