The Guest Service Rep creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. servicing of the Lobby area and Breakfast Room .Must have ability to communicate well with guests.

Front Desk Clerk ( Night auditor)

A guest service representative is responsible for attending to the needs of guest, especially during check-in and check-out.

• Providing information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
• Responding to requests from guests for assistance and information about the local area (e.g. directions, places to eat).
• Selling rooms to “walk-in” customers.
• Entering/changing reservation information on the computer system.
• Posting charges to guest accounts, Processing payment and Credit authorizations.
• Informing housekeeping department about room status/availability.

• Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints.
• Operating hotel switchboard or PBX.
• Cleaning the Front Desk area.
• Maintaining daily logs.
• Balancing shift work and cash drawers.
• Additional responsibilities may be added per my immediate supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
