Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus (ability to speak multiple languages)
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
